I had a fabulous experience at this location a month and a half ago. After visiting the attached eye doctor, Tiasha helped me pick out glasses and was wonderful. She explained my insurance allowances and made everything easy. Kavon is an absolute delight. The technician who makes the glasses had my two pairs done the same day in 15 and 20 minutes. It’s pure magic! Everyone made it fun! So much so I took my son back today and had the same great service. We worked with Kia this time and she is so kind. Fantastic selection of frames, great deals, amazing people, unbeatable turnaround time. I tell everyone about this place now!

Me & my son both had appointments for vision screening & glasses & they were all so wonderful! Great customer service, I felt valued as a customer which is rare! & the tech that assisted us with picking our glasses was so knowledgeable! The entire process from start to finish was extremely quick! My whole family was sincerely impressed!

My family and I visited this location during our stop in Greenwood, SC. The team was extremely welcoming! My first encounter was with Tiasha. She was inviting, greeted us with a welcoming smile and knowledgeable about the product. I also encountered Bryan during my visit. He was also welcoming, inviting and provided great customer service to our family. I had an exceptional conversation with the General Manager, Mr. Kavon about his experience and his plans for the Greenwood community. I’m looking forward to the great success of this location and the impact it will have in this community and beyond! Go visit them!

Excellent customer service! Kavon and his crew are doing a great job. So far I am pleased with my glasses and my prescription. The physicians in the clinic are very knowledgeable and the their staff is very helpful. Overall I’m pleased with my overall experience as a whole. Keep up the great work!

If I could give more I would, Bryan, Tee, and Will were excellent customer services reps and Dr. M and the front end rep were amazing as well. They also took my insurance which I was happy about got 2 pairs of glasses (one which a pair of Coach) all for under $300.00 and yes that’s with warranty. Would recommend anyone to go there
