We had a spectacular visit! Krys helped my son with his first pair of glasses and provided the best service. She locked in a forever customer. Pricing was as we expected it to be, no hidden fees or gimmicks, and his glasses were ready in 30 mins. Highly recommend!
I was very pleased and impressed with the quality of service, knowledge and, frankly, the sense of humor of the optician working with me. It says a lot when people get my sense of humor. I was told it would take 7-10 days to get my glasses. What a pleasant surprise when they were ready the next day. One of the better optician services I've ever had. Really.
I work from home and lost my glasses and had been dealing with an old broken scratched up pair and started getting headaches. I googled online and found eye express. Eyemart express is a lifesaver! It only takes about an hour but they were able to help me in 25 minutes today with two new pair of glasses at an affordable price. Grateful for them and thank you Chloe for helping me quickly and efficiently!!! Everyone is really nice professional and friendly. I bought some accessories and Krys C helped me quickly at her station so I didn’t have to wait behind another lady who had some questions. I already used my insurance benefit and paid out of pocket and got 2 plastic frames with my RX and blue tooth for 90.00 total. 🙏🏽 I just needed one pair but the price was so good I have now a back up pair. Even the eye accessories are at great prices. Thanks a million!!!
I am very satisfied with my visit to EyeMart express. I expect to keep doing business here going forward. The staff was very helpful, patient, and nice! They had my progressive and transitions lenses and glasses along with my sunglasses ready in less than an hour. I was very impressed. Definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of professional fast service.
