I absolutely love going here for both getting my eyes checked and for getting my next 2 pairs of glasses, because I always take advantage of the BOGO! Every time I come here I find the perfect glasses, and the friendliest people. I love the selection, occasionally I've gone with high end designer frames, other times I found a more conservative pair that I liked on me better. I always get my 2nd pair as prescription sunglasses, and lately I've been enjoying the big frames for my sunglasses. This year I've added the progressive lenses (wide field) to my sunglasses because as I've gotten older, it's getting harder to read the little things without that little extra help. I definitely suggest stopping in and checking this place out.

These are the most amazing people!! My daughter and I went in to order glasses. The frame selection was great. The price was well within budget. But the service and the caring is the biggest win!! My daughter’s glasses was finished before we left the parking lot. She was so excited!!! My glasses took a little longer. My prescription is difficult but they worked until they got it right. I highly recommend this store and these wonderful people!!

Melanie is awesome. Helped me pick out the perfect frames and explained the progressive lenses as well as the tinting to me without making me feel dumb. She is so friendly and nice.

Eye Mart Express saved us today!! My son broke his glasses right before a baseball game & they fixed everything in less than 20 minutes on our first visit. They made it so easy & stress free! So thankful for their help! We will definitely be back!

Had Insurance with a $300 vision coverage. I was there on Dec 30, 2025 and it was a 45 minute wait. Once I was called the young Latino employee tried to RIP me off. I had my own rx, and I informed her I wanted single vision lenses vs bifocals with no coating. My frames I picked out was $96 dollars therefore leaving well over $200 for the vision coverage. Guys she wanted me to pay an EXTRA $104 out of pocket for a total cost of $413.....I looked at her sideways and politely left. Next day I went to Nacogdoches Eye Associate got a frame for $169 and left without paying anything extra that my insurance didn't cover.....be informed and don't get scammed....
