Great experience for my son’s first eye center visit! The women at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming! The young man that pulled us back to walk through all of the vision tests and get us settled into an exam room was very polite and interacted well with my 8 year old. Dr. Shelby Robinson was phenomenal with my son! As soon as he entered the room he started working on making a connection with my son and being able to talk back and forth with him! They were patient and overall it was a great first experience for my son!

Doctor is great and friendly! Staff on the other hand not so much !! They are very rude with no customer service whatsoever. I have been going to Angelina Eye Center for several years and the front staff is always so hard to deal with! The doctors I have used have always been the only reason I go back. I had considered changing but decided to try it one more time, today was the same experience. Not sure if I will go back next year or not but if you choose to go, be warned and be ready for rude and grumpy front desk staff .i even discussed it with my doctor in the exam room today

I have used Dr. Nathaniel Robinson since he was at Walmart, where Hobby Lobby is now located. He and his office staff have always been exceedingly helpful, friendly, and professional. Now at Angelina Eye Center the staff has grown to 5 doctors and many more assistants and a huge showroom of frames and sunglasses. They are always thorough with the exams and take as much time as I need to feel comfortable with getting the prescription that’s is right for me. I’m sure they extend the same courtesy to all of their patients.

It was an absolute amazing experience from beginning to end. The staff goes above & beyond to meet your needs. I have 3 children to take in for a visit, so you would think it would take a very long time, but not here. I have had 2 visits so far, and each time was in & out with quality & care!! It is not a coincidence, because my first visit was last year. They have plenty of staff to take your kids in each room for individual testing & necessary eye imaging, and finishing with your doctor in one room for the final diagnosis for each. Also, they are very patient as well. My youngest daughter is a very particular, & stylish kid to be 9 years old, & she has to have her frames perfect. They don't rush you, but they also don't keep you waiting for service. Overall, absolutely great place to meet your optical needs!!

Parking lot was packed & I was concerned it was going to be “long morning” for an exam. But much to my pleasant surprise I was in and out in 40 minutes. Totally efficient teamwork & coordination! Greeted by smiling face, knowledgeable staff and a very competent & experienced staff ! Thank y’all.
