We decided to make a change and go to TSO, it was my time to go. For me this is a very good atmosphere, you don’t feel like your one of the bovine running through the dipping tank, very nice place for us… no competition between staff. The Dr. was very professional, and had good humor, my wife was with me, she had issues from another facility near by, Mark saw her as well, and followed us next door to help my wife…. Remember this, if your heart is not in the right place you will always get your feeling hurt…..Fantastic experience for us…6 stars

I've been coming here for years. The price is right and I love the service. They'll work with you and, in my experience, will go above and beyond to take care of your needs. I can't say enough. Thank you.
Everyone talks about how great this place is but its not. The lady that works the desk and answers the phone is extremely rude. She huffed and puff at every question I asked her. Then when she finally gave me a date of when they had available she made a snarky remark. My son is high functioning autistic. So no you cant always tell he is autistic, but doc check ups, eye exam, even hair cuts are nerve wrecking for him. If this is how the staff acts how do I know the doc is any better. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
I can't give as great a report as I have others, but I will say my brother liked the place. He liked the Dr, and they seemed to have listened to what he had to say. The office was clean, the young lady at the window, although she spoke softly, was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have one of my medical insurance cards, so I wasn't able to see the Dr. myself. I was going to pay for it all, but the (billing?) girl kept talking, and I just gave up. Would I recommend them? Yes, I'd have to say I would. (Just don't lose your insurance cards before you go in.)
I am so glad we found such a great eye doctor! Went somewhere else for most of my life(not gonna name) and just wasn't happy. Dr. Mark is fantastic and has a great sense of humor, which puts my girls immediately at ease. No one wants to go to the eye doctor, but he makes it an enjoyable experience. We never have to wait very long and his staff is so sweet! I really never knew it could be this good!
