Eyemart Express

First and foremost, my family loves that this eye doctor is actually in person and not via a screen. We went to a vision place where it was via an application online and my vision prescription was not correct. For our very first appointment at Eyemart, My wife and I had a big mix up on time and so when we got to the vision side, only one of us was going to be able to be seen. It was not a problem, we made another appointment for throughout the week. As my wife was being seen, the doctor came out and let the tech know he would see both of us today. They were so nice and accommodating. The doctor was also super funny and straight forward. I love that. The appointments were thorough but quick. (All good things). When we went to the glasses side, this was so easy and they too were accommodating and so very helpful. We were able to walk away with two pairs of glasses (one set for free) each. It was great. BESTEST PART...the glasses were ready in LESS than an hour. We have already made appointments for our children to be seen here. 10/10 recommend.

Daisy was wonderful! She answered all our questions, explained everything throughly, and really took care of us! Jessie was also awesome he made sure we were taken care of and comfortable during our whole visit! Great selection, tons of staff, and fast service 10/10 recommend!

Awesome place people are friendly and attentive. Jose is very quick and helpful. Glasses are made promptly and repairs if needed are done with no issues

I walked into Eyemart Express just to make an appointment. A tech by the name of Andrea, said that she would help me right now. We sat down and she explained to me what my insurance covered. So I went to pick out my frames. I came back to where Andrea was and she took over and in a matter of minutes she had me out of there. I came back 2 hours later and both pair of glasses were ready. I really want to thank Andrea for helping me out in a timely manner. I will surely let my friends and family know about how good Eyemart Express truly is. Thanks again 👍👍

I am giving a mixed review. The optometrist was great, 5 stars. Was able to accommodate us with a same day appointment. Now, to the side with glasses. First the company is offering a 40% off complete purchase for new customers. When I asked about it, we were told that we were given another discount and can't apply it. To me this is classic bait and switch. The salesperson should have given all options instead of what was making themselves a huge commission. This is a perfect example of "how to not get a customer to come back" If you treat your customers fairly they will trust you and return.
