Omgoodness. I am SOLD! Thank you so much Ruby and Emily for helping my husband and I today. You're knowledge and teamwork really made getting glasses so fun and easy. Ruby you helped me pick a fabulous pair of glasses and helped me get the most out of my insurance. I ended up walking out with TWO pairs of glasses bc of your input and the coupons we talked about. Emily, my husband hasn't gotten glasses in years bc of the hassle and waiting. Then boom, here you are making things so much easier. We didn't mind waiting inside for our glasses. That is so neat!! We got to leave with glasses. this team is so efficient, so caring and dedicated for they do. I truly appreciate you all and thank you for making getting glasses so much fun. I would recommend Ruby for any future promotions 😁❤️

Great experience! Ruby was so helpful and patient with me. I'm picky about my style in glasses and she made sure I saw all the great options there were. She also helped my son and I love that she treated him respectfully and listened to him while helping him choose. His glasses were done so quickly, I hadn't even finished selecting and paying for mine when we got the text messages. Would definitely recommend this piece and go back.

I recently visited Eyemart Express to purchase new glasses. The prescription itself was done correctly and I’m very happy with the accuracy of the lenses. I also really like the frames I chose. However, the overall customer experience was disappointing. While the employees were generally polite, I was uncomfortable with the sales approach. I was very clear about the exact lenses I wanted, yet additional lens enhancements were still added in as if I hadn’t declined them. When I reiterated that I did not want polycarbonate lenses, the associate rolled her eyes and sighed loudly, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. When I returned to pick up my glasses, the associate assisting me was friendly, but I was given a random case instead of the properly branded hard case that should have come with my designer frames. I didn’t notice until later and do not feel like making another trip back to correct it. Although my insurance is in-network and the prescription itself was perfect, the experience left a bad impression. I will likely choose another retailer the next time I need to replace my glasses. Highly disappointed.

I walked in to eye mart express yesterday and I was greeted by Crystal. She was so helpful and I walked outta there 20 minutes later with my two pair of glasses!! Excellent customer service..you got a customer for a long time! 😊

I can see that this place has amazing customer service! Friendly, helpful, and had many frames and lenses available. I gave them my prescription and my four pairs of glasses were made and done within an hour!
