I had a wonderful experience at Walmart vision center in Kingsville thanks to Liz who was SO helpful and friendly. Thank you for making everything happen today. It really meant so much to us!

I had a really great experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Kingsville TX. Michael, the manager, was amazing—very professional and made everything run smoothly. JJ, the associate, took the time to go over my insurance in detail, which I truly appreciated. It made the process so much easier and less stressful. Josh, who I understand is new, was also very polite and courteous. It’s always nice to see someone starting out and already providing great customer service. Overall, the team was helpful, patient, and made the entire visit a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this location.

So this is a shout out to Liz at the vision center in Walmart at Kingsville, Texas. SHE IS AWESOME!!! We initially went to the vision center in Alice, Texas because we live there, but the three ladies that work there are lazy, and because they were unfamiliar with our insurance, they told us to just pay full price and have the insurance company reimburse us.... we all know that won't happen. Enter Liz. It took here less than a day and a few phone calls to figure the insurance thing out and got back to us with a price for all three of our kids. THANK YOU LIZ!!! Although Kingsville is a 25 minute drive from where we live, it is totally worth it, with that kind of customer service. Liz, you have secured this family as customers for life!!! Thank you for everything you did to help us out. If you have marketplace vision insurance that runs on percentage, go see Liz at the Walmart Vision center in Kingsville, Texas. You won't regret it. I am at Walmart's Vision Center and I am very impressed with Mike and Liz's help today. Liz help me look through all the glasses gave me a lot of choices and I felt really taken care of. I think Walmart Vision Center for being very thorough with employees expertise. I have been very happy with Walmart's Vision Center here in Kingsville Texas.

The “girl, you can’t read that sign” kind. 👵🏼😂 I’ve known for a while that my eyesight was declining, but I’ve been ignoring it with a level of commitment that should probably earn an award. 🏆 So I walked into the Walmart Vision Center feeling personally attacked by time, aging, night driving, and distance. 😒 Then I met Aracely. 🌟 Aracely was AMAZING! She patiently explained all the insurance stuff (without making my eyes glaze over 😴), walked me through all the lens options, answered every question I had, and actually took the time to learn about my lifestyle so she could help me choose what would work best for me. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. She was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right glasses. ❤️ I left with not one, but TWO pairs ordered, a super cute everyday pair 😍 and a pair of prescription safety glasses 😎🦺. Somehow she turned something I was absolutely dreading into a genuinely fun experience. Now I’m counting down the days until my glasses arrive so I can finally see in style! 👓✨ If you’re putting off getting glasses like I was, do yourself a favor and go see Aracely. Outstanding customer service from start to finish! 40s be damned! 💜😂
