Eyemart Express

My four year old needed glasses and neither my husband nor I wear them so we were completely new to the process going into the store. The staff was so kind, helpful, and informative as we had no clue what we were doing. It was a pretty significant prescription so a big transition for my son and they helped walk us through everything and took the time to explain the changes that he would experience in addition to what we could do to make it smoother. They were also kind enough to show me other tools that may be beneficial for a four year old wearing glasses for the first time. We will definitely continue coming for all future needs.

Unfortunately the progressive lens I need takes 2 weeks to obtain. Good customer service, except for the fact that when I was being waited on another customer entered. The two employees there were busy, one with me and the other with another customer. I turned to the clerk waiting on me and said aren't you going to tell him you'll be with him soon, instead of just ignoring him. She said oh a gal should be back from break soon she'll take care of him. This is why I rated them less than 5. No way to treat your potential client. My service went well though. Update April 24 2026: I had taken my glasses back a week after receiving them and they did a straight across exchange with new frames, as I was not happy with the ones I chose. I was greeted as I entered and treated very well. They did a great job correcting my frames. I'm staying with the 4 star as that was my original rating, they now deserve 5.

They are the best." No one in Spokane provides better service than them. Here's a brief story: I got my first glasses from Eyemart Express 6 years ago in 2020.My kiddo broke them in 2026. I initially went to "Vision InsX NorX," but after scheduling an appointment two weeks out and learning that delivery would take another two weeks, they said that is commonly the time… I was frustrated. I checked my records and realized Eyemart Express was where I got my original glasses. I went directly to their store and, within hours, received a new pair and an eye exam—all in one day. I highly recommend Eyemart Express! Great job, team!

This place is busy on Saturday but the staff was great and very efficient. When it was my turn I didn’t feel rushed at all. I got a great deal on two sets of eyeglasses and left very happy. Especially loved getting a text that they were ready under an hour.
