As always we had the best and easiest experience with getting my daughter her yearly glasses. This marked our 3rd year with them and the 3rd year with the same worker, Gina. Always friendly and helpful. So patient and kind. Absolutely went above and beyond as always!!! Made our experience wonderful. Thank you Gina!! You are awesome!
Tim was amazing! Normally, I hate the process of getting new glasses because it's hard to know what looks right. Tim made the process fun and helped me get 3 pairs of glasses that I truly love. Each pair is fun, stylish, and fit perfectly. I love that I have different pairs to pick from, depending on my mood. I've already gotten so many compliments on the glasses Tim helped me pick out. The customer service is excellent, they quickly make the perfect glasses, and make sure you have the best fit and are completely satisfied. Thank you!
We had a great experience here getting new glasses for my kid! Everyone was welcoming, the store was clean and organized, and the Dr. Seuss glasses we found were perfect for him. Courtney is so knowledgeable and made sure we got the best deal available to us. I also expect to come back to try on glasses myself after seeing what funky and colorful glasses options were available for adults!
I continue to return to this location. Everyone is super! I walked in at 11:00 for an eye exam and left at 1:25 with 2 pair of transition, bifocal glasses! I bet it would have even less time if I hadn't spent so much time picking out the frames!🤣 Thanks to Gina for doing all the technical stuff!
I took my GD to have her eyes tested and hopefully have her choose some Eye wear that didn't cost a small fortune. Starting with the front desk the person I talked with was very personal and knowledgeable. She directed several questions to my teen GD, which we both liked. Once back in the exam room, the medical assistant to the doctor was very kind and answered any questions we had. Then the ophthalmologist came in. I was truly impressed with her. So A plus all around. Next came the glasses. Choosing frames. She found several frames she loved. Gina, who fitted her was great and very kind. She helped us figure out the best price for GD needs. Didn't force anything she didn't need or want. GD could see very well. Which is always a good thing😁 We both left feeling like we were not only understood but cared about. I will definitely share our great experience with family and friends. Thank you, Grandma
