Honest Review! We went to purchase new glasses for my son. We went on a Saturday. I was not prepared for the wait, but that was my fault. I should have known better. The wait to be helped took longer than anything else. There was plenty of staff, who were always busy helping customers. We tried frames on while we waited, which helped pass the time. There was limited seating due to the size of the clinic. All staff was friendly. Stephanie S. Was our technician. She was helpful and polite. Ensured that we took advantage of everything our insurance offered. She deserves a 10 out of 10 for customer service. I left while the glasses were being made. It took was than 30 minutes for the glasses to be ready. Fast service. 10 out of 10. I had to sign back in to pick the glasses up. Once again, I had to wait to be assisted.
