This was my first time here after moving. I was in/out pretty fast. My glasses were finished same day which is a huge plus for me. Prices were pretty good, I did the buy deal plus eye exam. I now need bifocals as I've gotten older, they were very helpful on showing me how to adjust to them. Im definitely making this my go to eye place.
My daughter's glasses pads broke the day before school, and we couldn't figure out how to fix them. We ran into this establishment and the woman at the counter was able to help us. I don't remember her name. She was so helpful, kind and quick. Thank you and we will be back!
The staff at our store is great! They have been very quick and efficient to handle my family’s eyewear needs. I’ve never had a long wait for service no matter how many customers. They are courteous and pleasant to deal with.
I had such a wonderful experience at EyeMart Express! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. They were incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all my options and answer every question I had. When it came to choosing frames, they offered expert advice and really listened to my preferences, helping me find a pair that not only suited my face but also matched my style. I never felt rushed or pressured—instead, they made the entire process fun and enjoyable. Great service and fun to be around!
I had a great experience here Shelly was very nice , she let me see pictures and explained to me what I was looking at . She was able to get me a very needed updated prescription . They all got me out of there quickly and onto choosing my frames . They had a good selection of frames from basic to fancy and even some unique ones . I definitely plan on getting some prescription sunglasses too . Crystal was amazing she helped me decide between 2 frames and I'm happy I went with her decision . Overall good energy here and I will be back . I dont write reviews very often but I feel like we all should show people some recognition especially when its deserved ❤️
