I broke my glasses and needed new ones ASAP and they came through with a quick appointment and turn around. I walked out with 2 pair of glasses for $250. Fabulous people

Great place! With a special needs kid, the staff were very patient and understanding. They took wonderful care of her and helped make her feel more at ease. There was a small mixup of appointments and they were extremely accommodating when they didn't need to be--thank you!

What an amazing staff and service overall! I love the same day glasses! But the patience and help with my initial insurance issues meant even more cuz now I have a new RX and can see better. And I see that Eye Mart is definitely a place to go for excellent service....everyone we dealt with is AMAZING! (and they have the puppy channel on TV for you to watch while waiting:-) ) I love this place!

Spoke to a woman receptionist on 02/07/2026 at 9:40 am, who literally hung up on me after I asked why my Canadian eye exam prescription can’t be used to purchase contacts. I was willing to get the contact lens exam done. Unbelievable. TERRIBLE customer service.

New manager is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! The company stands behind their work and corrects any problems ASAP, I got an excellent pair of glasses for a reasonable price, the only problems I encountered was a younger, possibly inexperienced staff member was unable, unwilling to help pick out a different frame so I ended up with the same frame I had been wearing for 3 years, I mentioned to her about having problems going through their assortment that was not in display case, she didn't seem to understand my needs. The other change to this company is that they don't accept my Medicare advantage plan for the exam, so I ended up going elsewhere for that, otherwise they submitted to insurance all costs for eyewear which is very helpful.
