I was impressed by the employees friendliness and the variety of options for glasses. Dr. Davis was friendly and explained everything so a regular person can understand. The price (which is extremely reasonable) made me pleasantly surprised. This is my go to place for eye exams and glasses.

I had exceptional service and a thorough exam. All my questions were explained and answered in a way that I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door. Best eye appointment I have had in a long time!
The ladies at Eyemart were quite helpful and very friendly. The doctor was very pleasant also. I've been going there for the past 3 years and each visit is very nice, the glasses are really pretty this year and the customer service can't be beat.Thank you
I love these two they are very professional even with me in there and I can be a handful 😜 they are the best Sunshines in the world 🤗 I am grateful that they know how and what I need for my family and myself at all times if I have an issue with anything they fix it and or they get answers!! Best place for my family for our eye care!! We ALL have been going there for about 20 years give or take!! They even came to my car and or to adjust my glasses/ contact issues when I had surgery etc. They are the best!!
The woman working tonite, Friday May 1st 2026 440 pm was rude belligerent yelling . My original prescription was incorrect and I was there to pick up my sons glasses as well. I had a pair of contact lenses apparently on order in the correct script ..They had ordered glasses using information from the first and incorrect script. I simply stated I would wait and leave the glasses at the store. She aggressively threw them at me very loudly telling me I had to take them. I was afraid knowing they were wrong insurance would not pay for the correct pair in near future so I refused .The interaction escalated when I tried to explain my reasoning and she screamed at me that the numbers would be different from a contact script vs a eyeglass script. I said no that was not correct. While some things are different for contacts the vision numbers do not change 2:50 was glasses both eyes vs 3:00 & 3:75 my actual prescription. She yelled that it was correct that it is a fact that my glasses would be 250/250 while contacts 300/375. By now the situation was ridiculous. She told me to leave never come back and threw glasses my direction again screaming at me to leave. I intend to pursue this as it looks like this is not the first time she has abused and terrorized customers. I hope Eyemart Doctor and manager do the right thing and fire her because her actions are not ok. Almost should report to police...yes it was this bad. And my son witnessed it. She actually told me I better not come back that I was no longer allowed there and she refused to contact a manager . So now I am afraid to go back there as no safe person acts that way. And what about the Other woman and Dr that works there,? Are they aware? If so if it has been this bad before why do they allow her to stay? Also I did make it clear to them in front while I was waiting for my son the first apt that the trial lenses the Dr had me wearing were absolutely not working and I did express to them I was gonna be driving and could not see and I was pushed to try out the lenses anyhow.. One of the woman who works there was very nice and professional. And the Dr. Was nice and seemed ok. Mistakes do happen in diagnosing eyes so I can let that go however the treatment by his staff as this is a medical establishment and also the only one that accepts state insurance it's much more serious in regards to a hostile environment and quality of care. I will be reporting this to the appropriate entities regulating optometrists , medical facilities and also state funded physicians. I am still feeling like one would from an unexpected verbally abusive aggressive attack. Anxiety ridden over how I am supposed to even contact them safely. That girl needs to be removed. According to her I am not allowed at the office and my prescription will not be filled. She is refunding my money and I can go elsewhere. (I am disabled and receive state insurance)All shouted at me because I would not take the glasses and disagreed that the scripts would not be different. . Anyhow I hope this message finds management and the Dr. And you can advise. Thank
