Doctor was great, the bathroom was filthy but my primary issue was with the receptionist. Very hurried and all over the place. I had a 100$ credit to my glasses, the selection was very limited and there were no prices on any of the glasses. At checkout she was listing off the copay and somehow my total was nearly 400$ even with insurance. I'll be asking for an itemized list when I pick up the glasses but future customers beware.

Dr. Nguyen at the Gloucester location was very nice and did a fantastic job. The wait time was short, my prescription is accurate, the receptionist was polite. I will be returning next year.

I've gone here 2 years in a row for my eye exam. The doctor is very thorough. My prescription is always perfect. Both, the receptionist and the doctor are very kind, and helpful. I even took my Mom there to get her glasses, too. Glasses are back quickly, and she calls for pick up right away when they come in. With other offices in the area, I got wrong prescriptions, got charged for things I never should have been charged for, and had to call to find out my glasses were already there. I definitely recommend this office!!

Fast and friendly. They got me in right away, and I had my new glasses literally two days later. It's a simple, unpretentious office, which is exactly what I like.
