I went for my annual eye exam for the second year now at Eyemotivate. Dr. Rodriguez spends the time to educate along with his thorough eye exam, and the staff is friendly. I’ve gotten both glasses and contact lenses here. I would highly recommend!

This place is pretty disappointing. I don't think the doctor knows what he's doing, they are only supposed to shine the light in your eyes during a retina exam for a few seconds at a time, but he would hold it there for like a minute and I was seeing spots for several days after. I've had plenty of eye exams in my lifetime and it has never been this painful or caused me vision problems that last for days. Their timelines for glasses delivery are also way off, after more than two weeks I called and they said that the lab hadn't even started the lenses yet and it would be at least another week. I'm able to find plenty of places that offer one week delivery so by cancelling the order that I have already had open for two and a half weeks, I can actually just get them sooner from somewhere else. Overall, not worth it. To the response, I did not demand some custom order that was supposed to take extra time. We went over multiple options and the polarized lenses were cheaper than the regular tint and I said "wow, sounds like a good deal." I have no way to know it's going to be a major logistical challenge, involving multiple third parties, that the business won't be able to navigate effectively, and would have been perfectly fine with regular tint.

Nice friendly staff. I'm sure they do a great job at the eye appointments. They have a pediatric optometrist but it did not work out for my 3 year old. They needed him to put his chin and forehead a machine and look inside at the hot air balloon (or house) but he refused. After 10 minutes or so, they gave us a recommendation to a different place. They were kind and didn't charge us since we couldn't get past the 1st thing. Maybe if your child is older or more willing to follow instructions, it will work out. Otherwise it feels and looks like a great place for older children, teens and adults to go.

I took my son in for an eye exam and to get new glasses, and we had such a great experience with Dr. Rodriguez and his team. From the moment we walked in, the office staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming they even offered us a drink, which was such a nice and unexpected touch for an eye doctor’s office. Dr. Rodriguez has an amazing vibe. He was very thorough, took his time, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how he answered all of my questions and made sure we understood everything about my son’s vision and glasses. It’s not always easy finding a doctor you feel comfortable with, but we definitely did here. We loved the experience so much that we’ve already scheduled our next appointment and plan on sticking with him as our new eye doctor. Highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez and his wonderful team!

Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at an eye doctor’s office. The staff was friendly, and Ayumi was especially helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning!
