I had an incredible experience today! The office is absolutely beautiful, but the service is what really sets them apart. As a fellow medical clinic owner, I have high standards, and this team exceeded them all. The front desk receptionist is truly elite one of the best I’ve ever encountered. She is professional, welcoming, and deserves a raise for the way she represents the practice! The entire staff made the process seamless, even providing a clear breakdown of my out-of-pocket costs before I even arrived or had to ask. The doctor was exceptionally thorough. She took the time to show me pictures of my eyes and explained everything in plain terms that were easy to understand. I also appreciated that while they recommended products based on my exam, they weren't pushy at all. To top it off, I was handed an envelope with all my documents as I left without even asking a level of transparency and clarity you rarely see. I wish all my medical visits were this smooth!

5 stars all around, from the office ambiance to the amazing and friendly staff, and for the exceptional attention to detail when it comes to taking care of my eyes. It honestly felt like everyone there was going out of their way tending to the minutest detail of my visit. And, this is each and every time I visit them. I've been going to Colleyville Vision Associates for about 14 or 15 years and have always been impressed with Dr. Green and the entire staff. Everyone is top notch and treats me with respect. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Really good experience! Though I haven't been to an optometrist in nearly 30 years, age does have a way of mandating behavior. The appointment setup was completely no-hassle, I was seen quickly, pre-filled online form data was *actually* used (not often the case in healthcare circles), and the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. It was also helpful that Dr Webb has the professional connections to gather a full-spectrum view of care from my GP, ophthalmologist, and eye surgeon. I thought I knew my own eyes but her patience in walking me through areas of concern and non-concern was more a *plan* for eye heath, timing, and setting my own expectations rather than a perfunctory exam. This is not your typical "better one? or two?" type of exam; e.g., very thorough -- which I appreciate. Even better, the one-stop-shop with opticians in-house made it a quick (and thorough) and enjoyable experience! I also appreciated the candor of the optician staff when selecting frames. It's important that someone with a modicum of fashion sense is honest enough to say "yeah, not sure those frames are a good choice for you -- aesthetically". Certainly not pushy, but the raised eyebrows of my initial selections were unmistakable. Of course, you can always do *you* but it's helpful to have a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th opinion -- particularly if you think wearing brown with brown (which should only be UPS drivers) is okay.

Great experience every-time I go! From the minute, you walk in the door everyone is so kind and greets you with a smile and a positive attitude. Dr. Green is wonderful. Wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else!
