My appointment was at 1:30 and wasn’t called back until 3:00 pm. Didn’t get to leave until 4:15. My time is valuable and what turned into a nearly 3 hour appointment is unacceptable. Although the front office and the dr were sympathetic, their scheduling needs to be fixed. (My prior appointments also had a long wait times, usually about an hour). I would not recommend them.
Always satisfied with the service I receive at key Whitman. The staff is very friendly. Doctor Tran has always given me as much time as I needed to answer all my questions. I'm extremely satisfied with the service i've received from doctor Tran and his staff.
I was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere and professionalism in a potentially stressing need for cataract surgery. Both the surgeon and doctor were very attentive and comforting in their demeanors'. All went extremely well and I am amazed at the results in both eyes! Jessica was extremely thorough in her explanation of what to expect and preparation procedures and exuded confidence in what she does.
Key Whitman Eye Center is 5 star all the way from the front desk team , the technicians and most notably Dr Parmer. Dr Parmer takes a step by step approach in helping me with my dry eye ocular rosacea issues. We have made notable progress. She helps find solutions that my Medicare covers to help me control my expenses. The facility is very attractive and clean. I’m soo thankful I found Dr Parmer and the Key Whitman team
From arrival to departure, we were welcomed and treated by skilled professionals. We are ages 91 and 87, but your folks fully explained what each step was about and what it meant in terms of our past and current vision, and how to best help ourselves have the best results in the future. We were especially pleased that they fully explained it all in terms we could understand and apply for best results/outcome.
