I had a great experience at Eye Trends in Southlake. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome when I walked in. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly during my exam. I never felt rushed, and the team (Elizabeth, Madison, and Aliya) was very friendly during eye tests and in finding the right options for my needs. The office was clean and organized. I would definitely recommend Eye Trends to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service.

I have been getting my glasses here for years! I got another pair again today with my eye exam, and as always, its such a great experience with top notch customer care and service. Maddie, Nya, and Destini, always go above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. Their customer service mixed with their high end selections always guarantee an exceptional experience.

Everyone was amazing! Everyone was friendly, and Dr. Steritz was very thorough and kind with the exam. Anissa explained how each piece of equipment worked while using it on my daughter and me, and she was so kind and welcoming. Destini walked me through my insurance, clearly explaining my benefits and costs—straight to the point but still very kind. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing an eye exam. My family and I will definitely continue coming here.

Dr. Steritz and the staff at Eye Trends were friendly and helpful. The exam was quick, professional and complete. The Doctor went over the scans personally and was very nice answering questions. We did not need to pick out glasses but the selection seemed large with many brand names available. The e pricing was transparent and I knew my cost after insurance was applied before we started the visit. I definitely recommend Eye Trends.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Eye Trends. The girls at the reception area made it very easy to check in. Aliya was great with my examination and very helpful with my glasses style choices. Dr Steritz was very thorough in explaining all the images that were taken of my eyes and helped me understand the best options for my glasses. Would highly recommend Eye Trends in Southlake
