Having lived in numerous places before settling in Kentucky, I can confidently say this is the best optometrist I’ve ever visited. The family-run practice genuinely cares about their customers, providing personalized and heartfelt service. From the warm welcome to the thorough care, every visit feels like being part of their family. My wife, son, and I are so impressed that we plan to keep coming back until they retire. My daughter is significantly delayed and nonverbal and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, even though she was completely uncooperative. He was so patient with her and not judgemental and frustrated at all. It really means a lot that they genuinely care about their patients and are so considerate to their needs.

Top notch customer service! Have been going to Dr. Payne for years now and would not choose another optometrist. He is the best in Murray! Hands down.

One word.... WONDERFUL!!! We’ve been going to him since he opened and will never go anywhere else. They are very professional and friendly. Feels like we’ve known them forever. 😄🕶👓🤓
