My husband saw Dr. Lindsay Thomas. Her staff from the front desk to the ladies helping with the eyewear and the exams, were very friendly, professional and informative. Worked very easy with our insurance. Will definitely go back and recommend!
Best eye exam I’ve had in years. All the assistance and the Dr were great the girl sitting at the front desk slouch down in a chair. You can’t even see her when you walk in was somewhat uninformed of what to do. I asked about my insurance out-of-pocket she told me to be $45 and I know that’s wrong so she the Dr checks and no there’s no charge so she needs to figure out what she knows and doesn’t know before she speaks but other than that great place
The exam itself was good and both the Doctor and the Tech as well as the frames rep were all friendly and informative however, my appointment was at 10:40 and I didn’t get seen until 11:15 which put me behind on my work schedule. Were just recommend trying to get as close to the appointment time as possible.
Very professional. All the girls that work there are exceptional. Dr Thomas is very thorough and very professional. We have used Eye Decore for 5 years now with exceptional service.
My son is disabled and is visually impaired. This place goes beyond anything I’ve ever seen. They take their time very patient and want only the best for their patient. I have my eyes checked there as well and I get the same service. You can’t find a better place or better people.
