Eyes Downtown

This has been my eye place for 10 years and I love all the staff here, always smiling always friendly. Thank you for always fixing issues with the out sourced labs. Dr. Bob is incredible i was petrified to try contacts again, and he said we'll let's try them and see how you do, I have been wearing my contacts daily now and have adjusted well to them thanks to Dr Bob taking the time to make sure I had the perfect fit for comfort, and the perfect strength to he able to see clearly. Only one time have I had an issue and it was due to eyes on Harlem outsourcing as they dont have a lab like eyes downtown does.. ill only be using eyes downtown from now on.

I recently visited Eyes Downtown for a nose piece repair on my wife's eyeglasses. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by Christina who was over the top friendly and helpful. She had the glasses repaired, arms straightened and adjusted, as well as lenses cleaned and back in my hands in less than 10 minutes! I was lucky to find this gem and will certainly be back again. I came into the shop because my nose pieces had fallen off. They spent half an hour finding the right thing to put on my glasses. I was here for a conference and they made it possible for me to see and they were generous kind and by the way they have a great selection and if I lived in Buffalo, I get my glasses here

I love the doctor! He's very nice and he cares and he listens! The staff is great! Very kind courteous attentive willing to help in any way! Just very nice to work with and to be around and very helpful!

I stopped in to get a frame adjustment on a pair of sunglasses. They were a little loose and sliding down my face- just often enough to be annoying! Eyes Downtown fixed them in 5 minutes completely free of charge (even after I told them that I bought the sunglasses elsewhere)! I will definitely be using Eyes for all of my eyewear needs moving forward. Thank you so much for the great service!
