Just had my 2nd visit. Both visits i was dropped off by the OD in the lobby with no explanation of how best to proceed with lens options. This time, Ghabi started rattling off a ton of options, polarization, progressive vs single lens, etc, etc. Would've been nice to have the OD's input before being summarily dumped off in the lobby without any recommendation or handoff to.the lens slaeaperson. This happened both times so it seems this is their process. I will be recommending elsewhere. Dr. Jeff Spath

The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. My visit was a pleasant one. I'm concerned about whether they disinfect between patients. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit.

Eyes of Texas is a 5 Gold Star optometry business! As soon as I walk in the door, I’ve always been greeted by the friendliest staff who aims to put me at ease and make my trip to the eye doctor seem like visiting old friends, who care a lot & want me to be pleased with my selections. . Dr Simpson is top-notch. She is extremely knowledgeable & professional. She is so pleasant, the exam time flies by! Every time I have upgraded my glasses or had to change prescriptions, I have been extremely pleased with Dr Simpson’s recommendations and professional opinion. Amber, Shelby, Tracy & Linda have helped me with decisions about frames, too. They have a lot of experience. I have always been pleased with the eye exam, glasses & recommendations for treatment. Eyes of Texas is the best! I’ve been going to Dr Simpson for many years & I plan to keep it that way! Thank you, all, at Eyes of Texas.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady that helped was not welcoming at all! Looking at you crazy in the face, they didn’t talk to you about any price on anything when I went to check out (Only Copay) my balance was over $300 which I walked out with NO glasses or contacts. Out of my whole adult life I never had a visit like this ! They got to explain stuff better and walk you through the process! So sad when people are rude as if your talking to the wall & then as you are waiting they have employees yelling at each other ! I will not be returning.

I always have a great experience. Really enjoyed Dr. Simpson. My appointment went very smoothly. Highly recommend.
