Dr. Jake Young and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I’m currently being monitored for possible glaucoma, and they make the entire testing process completely stress free. Dr. Young takes his time, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about his patients. The office staff is friendly and efficient as well. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience with my eye doctor (Jake Young). His communication was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly during my appointment and afterward made sure I understood the results and next steps. I truly appreciated his honesty with my diagnosis and the way he worked with me all around to find the best path forward. What stood out to me even more is that this is a business of faith, and that showed through the care, patience, and compassion I received. He was professional, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor who listens, explains, and truly cares about his patients.
Wow these people have got it going on. Very professional, very nice and I found out while we were there they have been around for over 40 years now. Dr Young is the best and filled us in on the procedure. I just had 3 great visits so far and going for more. Yes I would recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you and the staff for your comfort 🙏
Dr. Everson and the entire staff at this place are outstanding! From the folks that check you in and out, and everyone else in between, the service is always excellent. It never ceases to amaze me how many people they service at a time. The parking lot and waiting room may look crowded, but rest assured, they have the staff to keep things moving and appointments on time. Special shout out to Demi, who explained things to me like no one else ever has! My wife and I have been patients for years and have no plans to go anywhere else for our eye care needs.
I am a new patient but the practice was super accommodating and they were able to see me relatively quickly. Everyone I worked with at my first appointment had excellent customer service skills. I felt comfortable and heard as a patient. My mother has been a patient of theirs for years and finally convinced me to go see for myself. Glad I listened to her!
