If I could give 0 stars, I would. The front desk receptionist was so extremely rude. She couldn’t find our insurance because she refused to look. She called the insurance and hung up before she even spoke to anyone as if she couldn’t be bothered. She didn’t even look at our cards. Went to a different place and they found it in less than five minutes. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother.

Kristian was awesome!!! She was so nice and she helped me pick out the perfect glasses!! This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I would definitely recommend!

Starla & the manager Christian were absolutely phenomenal to me. They both tried their very best to help fix my favorite pair of sunglasses for me even though they are pretty damaged beyond repair. Starla made a miracle happen and got my perfect sunglasses back to me! Best eyeglass store in Hudson oaks

I had the prescription and frames and needed the new lenses put in. The team here was warm, welcoming and very helpful. I also picked out sunglasses to have prescription lenses put in at the same time. The prices were very reasonable for quality frames. This process was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend anyone who is in need of prescription frames to check out this team!
