My experience at Eyes on Brickell with Dr. Antoine Copty was absolutely stellar. I recently had an eye exam, and the entire experience was top-notch. The office is state-of-the-art, impeccably clean, and so streamlined. The selection of frames is amazing, stylish and diverse. And to top it all off, the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone!
First time I went there, spent about 2 hours there to renew my eye exam and grab new prescription for my colored lenses and eyeglasses. I needed to try new colors but They wouldn’t let me try all the options?! The guy literally took the tray of lenses away so I don’t keep trying , I had to keep asking for him to go grab the other option all the time , he stand up about 4x back and forth, it was really annoying. And on top of that they never placed my order. The eyeglasses was pretty quick but my contacts that was the most expensive and important only got placed weeks later once I called them asking about it and on top of that it got shipped to the WRONG ADDRESS. Like guys what’s wrong with this costume service ?? It’s my eye health here in game, I’ve been using expired lenses for weeks bc of your mistake and now even more days until I get my package shipped to my door.
