I had an eye exam at this optical clinic and was very pleased with my visit. They checked my vision quickly, performed all the necessary tests, provided me with a referral for further examinations, and made prescription glasses for me. Many thanks to the doctor and to Anait for the excellent service and professional care!
Came in for my first comprehensive eye exam, and I had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. Dr. Vardanyan is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my eye health and the exam results. I never felt rushed and really appreciated the level of care and attention I received. They also have a great selection of glasses at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this office!
Recently visited this optometry clinic, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, Jinny and Anahit were so welcoming and explained the entire process clearly. Elizabet did my intake and was very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Vardanyan took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything looked healthy. The staff was amazing, they have a great selection of glasses, and I've definitely found my new optometry office. I'll be back next year for my annual exam!
Great experience at Eyes on Burbank. Dr. Galina was kind and very helpful in making sure I received the best examination possible. There was a hiccup with my first set of glasses but Dr. Galina and Jinny quickly sorted it out with no issues. Amazing service!
Be very careful with this office and ask for every charge to be clearly explained before your appointment. Their front desk told me over the phone that, with my insurance, my copay would be $20, which is what I paid. I specifically stated that I was coming in for color contact lenses, yet after the evaluation I was told I would need to pay $540 to order the lenses, they also billed my insurance, and there was an additional $130 consultation/lens evaluation or trial fee that had never been clearly explained beforehand. When I requested my contact lens prescription, I was told they would only provide an eyeglasses prescription. The sales pressure was extremely strong, and the experience felt far more focused on sales than patient care. When I firmly demanded my prescription, the doctor immediately terminated the relationship and referred me to her lawyer, who apparently thought he could intimidate me, which did not work. I responded to her lawyer accordingly, and I never heard back. I don’t have time for unnecessary back-and-forth, but I strongly recommend getting all pricing, insurance billing, prescriptions, and services clearly confirmed in advance before proceeding with this office.
