This afternoon I had my appointment with Eye On Chagrin, my experience was Outstanding!! When I walked in I was greeted by Sharry Zeman, she was so friendly! She got me checked in and ready to go. I meet with Dr. Michele Cianciolo, OD, she was very nice and answered all my questions. When I was ready to pick out frames Skylar knows her stuff!! She had them all ready for me to try on. I had a wonderful experience and can not wait to go back to pick up my glasses!! Thank you all ♥️

Dr Michele Cianciolo was amazing. So thorough and so easy to talk to. She actually got rid of all my anxiety and we got to laugh together. I had to leave eyes on Chagrin due to insurance issues but I’m back and will not go anywhere else!!!! Customer service is excellent. They make it easy

One afternoon I broke my glasses and was able to drive right in to get them fixed. Steve really helped me out. He put the lenses in a different pair of frames and even polished and adjusted the new frames. He was very helpful and professional. I'm glad to know a trusted eyeglass shop in the area.

Always awesome service!!! Dr.C is amazing, Alicia just as amazing, I recently got contacts, really had a hard time putting them in on my own at home, they got me back into the store and sat patiently helping me and guiding me until I got them figured out! Thank you both so much for being so great!

This crew is fantastic! My exams have been superior to other optometrists. The support with choosing frames and updated lenses has also second to none!
