The shop is constantly closed during business hours. Long waits for the optometrist to accept appointments. The 3 day weekends just aggrevates an already terrible situation. The business expects customers to prepay for newlensez as the public cannot be trusted.
I’ve went there twice so far pretty good place nice people just don’t be 5 min late or you have to reschedule
I had a great experience at this office, the doctor and the staff were amazing. i did find it a little strange how the main front desk lady is a white women with hair that she does. just seems a little cultural appropriating to me. other than that my experience was great!
Love miss Shelly and her whole staff! New fancy equipment that makes for an even more accurate prescription is awesome!
My experience was nothing like some of the previous reviews. They were professional, had the best equipment, and were so friendly and helpful. It was a stress-free visit for this over 60-year-old. I've been to optometrists from Alaska to Florida, and let me tell you, these folks are the best! They are definitely my go-to eye place now.
