0/10 would recommend. If you want to be made fun of and belittled about wanting your old glasses replaced to the same specifications as previous, please by all means go in here and be treated like a low life by their staff and told you are "just being difficult" when in reality they just don't carry your brand. I was still charged for glasses that didn't fit and had the wrong prescription. They issued a refund to me but not to my insurance company. I ended having to eat the entire cost of having my glasses made in Colorado by the original company I went with years ago. When I would walk in the door they would say: "Oh it's you..." And I promise I was nothing but kind and respectful when standing my ground about wanting the style I was seeking and not something different. Then the doctor came over and made comments about how my requests were ridiculous as well... and that was enough for me. In Colorado my order was considered hassle free and basic. To Owl Creek vision, my order was a giant pain and entirely too difficult for them. Please go somewhere that has a better doctor, better staff and a better selection to choose from. This place is a joke. I have rarely been treated so poorly by a place that relies on customer service. It was a very disappointing experience for me. I told them what I wanted from the start and if they would have just told me that they can't do it.... no problem, I'll go somewhere else.... But they chose to string me along and be rude to me thru the whole process. Also the doctor didn't even listen to me about wanting my prescription to stay the same because it triggers migraines when it gets updated even slightly. He also didn't stand up for me in front of his mean girls' staff. Normally I would not write a bad review but I really had a terrible experience at this place. At one point I was told "your acting like one of my teenage daughters being too picky."

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cary and his staff. They got us on the schedule quickly when we had a concern for our toddler, and they were so friendly and accommodating. He did a thorough evaluation and answered all of our questions. We are super grateful for the attentive care we received for our son.
Came to Owl Creek after my mom recommended Dr. John Cary giving one of the best eye exams she’d received in years. I wholeheartedly agree. Dr. Cary gave the most comprehensive and thoroughly professional eye exam that I’ve possibly ever had. He took the time to treat me like a real person, not a just a product (which should be the bare minimum but feels less and less common in medical experiences these days) He patiently explained all of the answers to my questions, comments and concerns. He provided thorough and comprehensive options about how to move forward with LASIK. He also helped clearly communicate and resolve concerns surrounding my vision that have been impacting my life for years.
Dr. John Cary, the new optometrist, is a pleasure to work with. His staff is equally pleasant and thoughtful.
My family had a strange and unpleasant experience with Owl Creek Vision Care recently. While calling to set up a new patient eye exam for our son, my husband was put on an extended hold by owner Jennifer Rodgers. When she returned to the phone, she delivered an odd spiel about the importance of "sticking with" a vision provider. (What??) Her speech culminated in an emphatic "recommendation" that our family choose a different provider - specifically, she suggested that we take our business to the optometrist in Riverton who performed my husband's last eye exam. The problem, apparently, was that my husband shopped for glasses at Owl Creek last year but didn't buy a pair (he found their selection limited and unattractive). Puzzled by Dr. Rodgers' reasoning, my husband asked if we were being black-balled from her business. Dr. Rogers airily dismissed his question and repeated her bizarre speech, refusing to service our family. Needless to say, we will gladly take our business elsewhere, and we "recommend" that others do the same.
