The best experience for my grandson. Our doctor was so patient, understanding and explained everything to us. I would recommend him to anyone whom has children. And my husband and I will be switching to this team as well!
All the staff from the moment we walked in was so pleasant, helpful and just all smiles. I love that when we were all done with our appointment the representative did NOT pressure us to buy right now or make us feel bad for not buying glasses. I appreciate all of the workers being polite and making my daughter first real exam a relaxing one. Dr.Zahn and his nurse were so sweet and patient.
I'm frustrated because I need to talk to someone about ordering a few contacts to last me until my appointment. I call and they transfer me to the local office in Jefferson City. I've left messages and no one responds. I do think Dr. Hedgepath is great, but her office doesn't return calls, even though it says they will call back within 90 minutes on the answering machine.
Outstanding customer service! Dr. Hedgpath provided a thorough eye exam and clearly explained everything about my vision. The front desk staff, along with Paige and Hayley, were exceptionally helpful in selecting eyeglasses, explaining my insurance benefits, and adjusting my frames. I deeply appreciated the friendly atmosphere and how comfortable everyone made me feel. They answered all my questions and ensured I fully understood my prescription. The frame selection was excellent, with options that suited my style and budget. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend Dr. Hedgpath and her team for quality eye care and exceptional service.
I am torn because when we do visit, we get excellent service, however when I leave a phone message and they say they will get back within 90 minutes...it doesn't happen. I have called three days in a row and have had to leave a message and not one person from the office has called back. All I want to do is put in an order for contacts. If they need more help, hire more people.
