The physicians and staff at both the Fulton and Jefferson City locations by far exceed any I have visited in my large metropolitan home town where doctor's are abundant. Dr. Megan King is a phenomenal PC. She is a great listener, hears all responses, acknowledging them and acts accordingly. She's never dismissive so along with being knowledgeable and up to date on current information, I feel she has a good balance ordering only necessary diagnostics while not skipping any that could potentially find the underlying reason for your symptoms. This also applies to Dr. April Miller in Jefferson City. Their Patient Portal is sometimes hard to navigate but includes direct email contact to your physicians. I do not have access to my phone throughout my work day so this ensures I don't miss a return call and nothing is lost in translation leaving a message with staff. They accept insurance and have a sliding pay scale for those who qualify. My only reason for just four stars is that, for my needs, office hours in Fulton could be more convenient since my lunch break is also when they are closed and I could benefit from appointments available after 4:45 so I don't miss time at work.

Our family have been patients here for many years everyone has always been very nice to us and even though sometimes is hard to get an appointment for certain departments we are very pleased and blessed to have those services available at affordable costs. Also the new young lady at the front desk usually at the 3rd floor is always very pleasant, but professional and always look well put together. We also enjoyed the fact she speaks Spanish, I think is very helpful for some members of our community to have someone to relate and communicate with in their own language.
Rebecca Butler and her Nurse Laura are the best providers I’ve ever had and I do not say that lightly. I’m so blessed you found them and they deserve so much more acknowledgment than they get for being such amazing people and providers. Thank you, Community Health for one employing them and two for bringing them into my life when I needed them most. ❤️❤️
Dr. John Rockett is great! I've been under his care for several years and have never once been confused about or disappointed in the medical care. He listens to my concerns and explains his ideas well which creates a good and trusting patient/doctor relationship.
I can’t even make an appointment because they have sent me back and forth between OB and scheduling and nurses triage. I am sick of playing this game after I told them OB doesn’t not ever answer the phone and leaving them a voicemail is a joke, they either get back to you at the end of the day or days later. I need an appointment now and now scheduling is not answering. I have called 5 times now because they sent me to different places forcing me to hang up because it wants me to leave a voicemail. I get being short staffed but at the same time there has to be some type of order or at least apologies.
