My first visit at Diamond Eyecare, I was inconvenienced & I left a meaty review. After reading my review, Dr. Allen called me personally to apologize and get me scheduled back in. He was very polite and apologetic and it was greatly appreciated. I did schedule another appt for my eye exam and it was perfect. I was seen by Dr. Stacy and she was just as polite and very knowledgeable. At the end of the appt I didn’t have any questions because she answered everything without me having to ask! Thank you to the Becvar family for their professionalism and kindness. And btw I’m in love with my glasses. See you next year!
