We had an amazing experience! The staff is so kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. The doctor explained everything clearly, and made all my kids feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. My son is going thru OrthoK Tx and he’s vision improved significantly. It’s amazing to see how much happy he is not having to wear glasses. Thank you Eyes on Preston park for taking good care of us.
The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. I met with Dr. Doan who was so down to earth; it felt like I was talking with a friend. I appreciated her transparency when talking about cost and potential treatment. She also made sure I had enough trial contacts to last while I wait for my other trial contacts to come in when I told her I’m on my last monthly pair(something I always feel awkward asking for)! The waiting area was quaint but did not take long. The tech explained each machine thoroughly and I appreciated when she explained that one machine will cost more and what my alternative option was. I feel like it’s hard to find a good office with both a great front desk presence, amazing techs and awesome doctor. This place has it all! I highly recommend this office and will make sure to tell my friends!
Went in for a new patient eye checkup and first time getting contacts. Assistance from check-in, to exam, to contact tutorial was kind, helpful and speedy. Very happy to continue my eye service here, lovely staff and great service. Highly recommend!
Dr. Doan was super kind and helpful during my annual eye exam. She took her time and explained everything in detail. Very nice office and staff.
From.the smiling and knowledgeable receptionist to the quality care and support of the doctor my experience for the last three years has been pure excellence!!! I will not trust my eye care to anyone else!!!
