Best eye doctor experience I've ever had. The exam was just fine, but what really set it apart was picking out new glasses. I usually take forever, and they made it super easy!
This was my first visit and everyone was super nice and made you feel comfortable. Dr Chase Smith is a very caring doctor. Takes the time and makes sure you understand everything about your eye exam, and asks if you have any questions. I needed glasses and they were very helpful in that department also. They ask you your preferences and then help pick out a variety of frames for you as well as you walking around and trying on frames yourself. Thank you again!
In the U.S., eye doctors are legally required to give you your eyeglass prescription immediately after the exam—even if you don’t ask for it. Dr. Smith is a good doctor. He is very kind and makes you feel comfortable during the visit. However, I had an issue after my appointment. It has been two weeks since my exam, and I still have not received my prescription for either contact lenses or glasses. I expected to receive it after completing payment for the service. My vision is impaired, and if I did not truly need the prescription, I would not have scheduled the appointment in the first place. I hope this can be resolved soon.
My interactions with Amber, Dr.Chase J. G. Smith, Erin, Jen and Sunny were all positive, informative and rewarding. I appreciated how hospitable and professional everyone was with me. Sunny, a Golden Retriever, was very welcoming. Without hesitation, I recommend them HIGHLY!
