I had a good experience the first time I went here for an exam and new glasses since they changed management or owners. I received a call this weekend saying they were calling from the eye doctor's office. When I asked which eye doctor, they very rudely said the one you went to last year. Customer service is a big thing for me, and if that's how you speak to people on the phone, I can only imagine how you treat patients in the office.
Won’t be coming back !! They are not as friendly as I thought .. been going there for my mother oldest daughter and myself !! But this time I took my 6 year old .. it was fine until it was time to look at some frames . They didn’t have anything cute for her so I chose to go somewhere else to look for frames , when I ask for her prescription I was given a very nasty attitude and the atmosphere change completely.. did not feel comfortable afterwards .. you have lost 4 customers ..
I had great experience in eyes and optics of Bay Street! The staff and the doctor were friendly, caring and patient to my needs. The prices are fair and affordable. I was told that my glasses will be ready in one week after placing the order… I had received a follow up phone call stating that I can pick my glasses in two days. I highly recommend eyes and optics of Bay Street!!!
