Dr. Nancy is a fabulous optometrist I lived in the Oak Park area and have been using her for over 15 years the reason for my 1 star is the receptionist is absolutely the most unprofessional and rude person. And it is a shame because I absolutely love seeing and talking to Doctor Nancy during my examination and visits but I cannot in good conscience go back to see her again until she gets a new receptionist over the last 2 years she raise her voice at me on several occasions and just overall talks in a nasty way!

I had so many issues with eye doctors so I was a bit nervous on what the outcome was. The front desk lady was funny and made sure I felt comfortable. Nancy was the best optometrist I ever had, super sweet and made this experience great for me.

I've been seeing Dr. Nancy for about 10 or more years. Always a great experience. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Because in insurance constraints, when the original insurance approved lab continued to mess up my prescription, Dr. Nancy sent the prescription to a different laboratory and covered the costs for the new lenses!

Have been seeing Dr. Nancy for well over a decade now, came in for first time in long time and she is just as amazing as ever and really does care for her patients as well as her receptionist. They are very thorough and take time to explain everything she is doing.
