Eyestyles Optometry of Rancho (San Diego)

Everyone was very nice and professional. My optometrist exam was very thorough. She really seemed to care about the wellbeing of my eyes.

First time visiting this place, a young woman with black hair, black glasses assisted. She was extremely helpful, respectful, and professional. They have a lot of various brands to choose from such as Gucci, Versace, Ray Bans, Oakley, Cartier, Chanel, etc. If you would like to try on any of the glasses, the employees will have to unlock the case. Unfortunately, I had the opportunity to go on a busy weekend and was helped buy this older Hispanic lady with reddish long hair. It took longer for someone to assist since she was helping a newer employee-taller white man with glasses. He was very respectful and professional coming over and explaining that he was new and thanked us for patiently waiting while she helped him out. Once this lady finished helping him, she came over to help but did not thank us for waiting or anything. Instead she asked if my prescription was a high grade and I told her no because I did not think it was that high compared to someone using bi focales for example. She then expressed with a gasp that it was (very judgy) and asked personal questions as to when I used glasses. I honestly do not think it’s any of her business to know when I use or do not use my glasses. It is only her business to know that I want my prescription in a certain frame, my name and insurance information. I do not think this was professional from her part to be asking questions and being judgmental afterward as if she was perfect. Aside from this nuisance interaction with her, she was honest regarding pricing of frames and applied my insurance accordingly. I hope upon picking up the frames I do not have to deal with her again and get the other younger lady that is much more respectful and professional.

Had a great experience here after trying to find a good optometrist for the past 8 years. I never felt rushed during my appointment and truly felt heard and cared for. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a great selection of frame glasses for both adults and kids. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m glad I found this office

I’ve been a client of Eye Styles of Rancho San Diego for many years and I have never been more impressed even with a few staffing changes it’s always been the friendliest most welcoming place I’ve visited. Very professional and they a large selection of eyewear. If that’s not enough the primary reason I went to them was they are open on Saturdays with my schedule I need a facility that has accommodating business hours. All I can say is they never disappoint. They treat you like you’re the favorite cousin LOL JOIN THE FAMILY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE!

Really solid experience overall. One staff member went out of her way to check if the optometrist could take me as a walk in, which I appreciated, and the optometrist herself was excellent. Informative, efficient, and easy to work with. They have a strong selection of frames and everything was ready exactly when promised. I purchased transition eyeglasses and polarized sunglasses. Overall, a positive experience with a couple of standout people.
