I want to give a big thanks to Lakeside Eyecare for helping me find the perfect glasses. My prescription is spot-on, and my new Spy frames feel amazing. Had a great last minute visit with Lakeside Eyecare Optometry. It’s been a long time since I’ve been there so I wasn’t sure if they would take me. But they pulled up my information right away and got me in for a quick exam to look at my eye since I thought I burned my eye from some shampoo. But as it turned out it was only a broken blood vessel which I’ve had before. The doctor was kind, thorough and very knowledgeable. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. I do plan to go back for a full eye exam. Thank you LEO!
Excellent experience. The staff were personable and friendly. Everything was well organized and efficient. We were seen promptly and the tech doing pre-testing was kind and explained everything as each test was performed. Dr. Austin Tran was friendly and knowledgable and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. My husband and I both had eye exams and will definitely be returning for our annual eye exams at this office. If you are considering Dr. Austin, don’t hesitate to book your appointment.
I’ve been coming to Lakeside Eye Care for over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The front desk staff are always friendly and on top of things. Dr. Austin is great l! He’s really knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. I also love Haylee, the newest member of the team… she’s fantastic and gets stuff done. Highly recommend this place!
I strongly recommend visiting Lakeside Eyecare Optometry. Dr. Austin Tran is both professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to address all my questions during the exam. Gabriella assisted me in selecting frames and explained the details of my insurance coverage; she was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience. The customer service was excellent! I plan to return next year :)
