Eyetique -Robinson

had my first appointment at the Robinson center on 3/27. Very convenient they are open on Saturday which is why I tried them. Dr Snyder was awesome. could not say enough good things about her but the reason for my low review was the prices of the glasses. You will not find a pair of glasses cheaper than $225.00 and those glasses feel like cheap plastic in your hands. I got an exam and I needed 2 pairs of glasses and walked out of there after spending 667.00! And that is with my insurance and some discounts given to me by the manager. Unfortunately after I pick up my glasses I will not be going back again just because of the prices. So after picking up my glasses I couldn’t even see through them. Went back a few weeks later and got another exam and they ordered me a different prescription. Bad news is they said my new glasses would be in 7-10 days but when I called after two weeks, the manager forgot to order my glasses! He said he would put a rush on them but after another week, no glasses. I got a full refund and will never be going back

I went to Eyetique today to get an eye exam and to walk out with a prescription to buy glasses online at a more inexpensive location. The doctor today was very kind and thorough. The exam was concise, but I felt like she really covered everything. Melanie guided me towards the less expensive frames and together we found glasses that were inexpensive, cute, and could even include blue light filtering lenses. Melanie and her coworker assisted me with kind professionalism, and I rather enjoyed my visit, and I'm excited to receive my new glasses. Thanks for a good time!

Great experience! Dr Snyder was really kind and welcoming while giving me a thorough exam to make sure my eyes were in top shape. I love my new glasses and feel like I got a great deal. Highly recommend!

My experience at Eyetique was fantastic! Not only are the frames cute but the service was awesome! The staff and the doctor were incredibly friendly and very informative. The glasses are darling and they had some incredible deals on their sale frames! I may go back for a second pair!

Manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I was charge $50.00 for a contact fitting when I was not buying contacts. I had over a years worth already. I filled out a bad review for their internal review and he called to pick a fight with me. He would not listen when I talked and snickered and mocked me when he was talking over me. He then went on to say I threatened him when not threat was given. Again shows how well he listens. He did offer to refund my money but said he would cancel and not be able to give me a prescription. I left it telling them if they need the $50 that bad they can keep it. After off the phone my wife told me he was in the office the day I got my exam and was so rude and only bad mouthed eyetique as a company and argued with people. I would avoid this location and this person as much as possible. Never had a problem with this location until this day. I still don’t understand why I was fitted for contacts when none were ever being ordered and I just got new glasses using my ins a few months ago and there is zero change in prescription.
