Love the new office. The equipment is clearly updated and I liked it even better. Tech was great, doctor listened closely to my issues including dry eye which she had a full set of recommendations that she shared. Overall it was great.

My husband recently purchased his glasses and lenses here. At first the staff were quite nice and welcoming. It’s been almost a month and nothing about his glasses coming in. We have called them throughout this time and they gave different eta’s. And yet nothing…. The staff are unfortunately not helpful and the glasses are currently MIA. It is so unfortunate that a place of this caliber cannot meet simple expectations such as delivering the glasses at a timely manner. To add on to this, the staff seems to be delivering confusing information and they are quite disorganized. It was our first time here and will be our last for sure. Update: glasses were ordered at this location in Squirrel Hill July 6th. On July 17th, we were notified that the glasses have shipped from the lab. We still hadn’t heard from this location as of July 23rd, so we visited in person. The staff did not check any information on the computer, simply told us again that they would arrive in the next 3 days. Writing this 5 days after the last visit, and contacting the store again for an update. Their response “checking with the lab again.” During all of this, we have received conflicting stories and information from the staff regarding the state and whereabouts of the glasses. We completely understand that this type of work takes time, and there are numerous checks required on that end. The issue is with the complete lack of communication and contradictory/dismissive information we are receiving from the staff on site at this specific location.

I spent $1000 to fly my wife to this facility because she had used them before and really liked them. Not only did they have her appointment incorrect but they told her that they had no availability for the period of time that she was in Pittsburgh which was a week. This company does not value customers and politely spits in their faces.

I felli was treated differently becausei was using my medicare benefit. The selection of frames for the benefit was didappointing. Ant the salesperson spent little time helping me make a selection. Hope my nevt visit is better.

My contacts were unfortunately lost during shipping, but Taylor and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me. I received my contracts two days after the team discovered the loss! They showed professionalism and resolved the issue immediately . I’ll definitely return!
