I purchased with my insurance prescription glasses 🤓 Mark Jacob cost my out pocket over $350.00 did not give the case for the glasses that came with. Am very up set after spending with my insurance around $800.00 they give me a GUESS case!!!!!!!! I feel rip off.. UPDATE: talk to the manager give the correct case but was not a nice experience she did not make try the glasses to see if I was happy before I LEFT UNABLE TO READ SMALL PRINT. I had eye 👁️ glasses before in TAMPA FL when they give the glasses 👓 let me try them ask me if the they are loose or too tight? If I was able to see good before I left. At this place was there the glasses good bye. The Doctor was very nice very pleasant. My complaint is more about the costumer service. Lots a room for improvement. Will have to order glasses in another place again since am not available to read good with this ones.

Everyone is very courteous and treat you with respect the doctor explains everything and the lady that sizes you with the glasses is a very nice lady. Everything is good in that office. I would recommend anybody to go to eye tech.

Small but efficient business, aDr was very interactive with people, staff was efficient and knowledgeable Rhonda however stood out with her glow and easy going attitude and delicate demeanor with me. My soul smiled.

Dr. Burges was great and all the staff were helpful and knowledgeable when my husband and I went in for eye exams. It was a great experience. However, a few weeks later my husband had a question about his prescription. The young lady who helped us began to get aggravated and at one point she even violated patient confidentiality by asking about a health condition very loudly where everyone in the waiting room could hear. We didn’t appreciate this and we may even reconsider returning next time we need exams.
