New insurance, first time to this office and needed to have my vision checked, office ladies were super sweet and helpful. Exam was great, Dr Rick was listening to what my needs were. Marie helped with my frames and explained everything so you were certain things were clear with what you were getting. I had a wonderful experience with my eye doctor and the entire staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment. I never give 5 stars, just gives room for improvement! I have prisms in my lenses and my lil Chorkie decided she needed a new chew toy. I have my neuro-ophthalmologist but needed a quick fix. Not only was Dr Rick able to assist me with an exam he was able to make sure my vision was intact. He was extra cordial and precise. Great bedside manner. The ladies welcome you as soon as you walk in. It’s like you’re a part of a family. When I made my first appointment it was simple and quick. I was even able to ask the doctor a question before setting my appointment. I highly recommend Dr Rick’s Optical!

First eye exam ever & I was so pleased with everything. The exam wasn’t rushed, everything was explained during , before & after. The front desk ladies were so kind, & didn’t give me a run around. Love it here!
