I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Medina Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. A special thank you to Dr. Smith. He was absolutely amazing! He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel like I was truly being cared for—not just another patient. My appt was for 2:00 pm has a glitch but not with the clinic but the paperwork from the VA. The service was outstanding once began the young lady took time to complete all test for the dr. When the doctor came in he did his part. All were very professional, courteous, and and informed me of their finding on the evaluation. I will gladly be using the office in the future because of locality and again professionalism. Kudo's to all who help me. God Speed.👍👍

Prompt , courteous, and professional! Nice new offices! Had been a while since I had an exam. Dr. Medina took his time . Dani and Paige assisted accordingly. I was well cared for! 😊

The office is nice and clean. And the staff made me feel comfortable and very nice. Dr. Borawski was awesome he was very thorough in explaining about my vision and in what’s going on. Took his time was not rushing. He was great. He will be our Dr. until he retires. My husband and I are vey satisfied with him. Thank you Dr. Borawski and staff.
