Extremely nice workforce. Great with dealing with sensitivity when talking the eye exam. Doctors were nice with every steps and procedures. Explained well when ordering glasses and upgrading perks. Recommend this clinic to anyone anytime. Definitely will be my forever eye care facility. 💯
Nueva Vista Eyecare is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the level of eye care we received was excellent. The staff was wonderful—kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions with genuine care and made sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Most importantly, they made my son feel extremely comfortable. He received the best care, and it was clear that the team truly cares about their patients. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Nueva Vista Eyecare to anyone looking for top-quality eye care and an outstanding staff.
Beautiful office in a great location and easy to get to! All the staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr Wendy was very personable, professional and did not make us feel rushed in anyway. She was very helpful with my son trying contacts for the first time. Would absolutely recommend and we will be back for all our future eye appointments!
I want to give a special shout out to Richard! I came in after consulting with Dr Lopez, she was very great with my son and fast too. Richard was very attentive and made sure my son went through all the options . Going for an appointment with my non verbal son is always challenging, but Richard made sure he was comfortable and walked around him just to make sure his lenses fit perfectly. Talk about punctuality? He put in his prescription and it was ready in 15 minutes! Clean area and a relaxed environment. I sure will visit again!
I had an absolutely lovely experience today at Nueva Vista Eyecare! The facility is clean and so welcoming, not to forget the total dream team running it ❤️ Dr Lopez utilizes state of the art equipment making the eye exam a breeze. Picking out glasses and ordering contacts with staff was simple as they were upfront about cost even during customization. So happy I found a place for my eye care needs!
