The staff at Lauren Alexander were incredibly courteous, professional, patient, and kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Vu was also extremely patient and attentive. I had quite a few questions, and he took the time to answer each one thoroughly. At no point did I feel rushed during my appointment. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and care provided by the entire team. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown throughout my visit.

Had the best first time experience going to the optometrist! All the staff was amazing. From the technician that helped me, to the doctor (Dr.Vu) to the amazing optician Elisa that really hit the whole thing home. The sweet technician was great and she started off the whole appointment wonderfully. She explained the processes really well and on a personal note she was really a joy to talk with. Then the doctor came in and he was so nice, professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. He explained everything perfectly and he was overall really great, such a nice guy. Then I get to the final phase of this and the optician really made the whole experience. As an adult going to get glasses for the first time there are several unknown factors and she really walked me through everything and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her rapport was phenomenal, she made me feel comfortable, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find what worked best (with my insurance too 💁‍♀️). Such a great time, can't recommend this place enough and its entirely due to the amazing staff. Thanks to all of you, 5 stars all day.

First off I have to start by saying, the customer service here is outstanding !!! I’ve popped in on three occasions and someone there has always greeted me with this smile. They are very personable and professional. They take their time with you, answer all of your questions and concerns. They have a nice selection of glasses at a reasonable price. i’m currently wearing progressive lenses and very satisfied with my purchase. I normally don’t leave with reviews most of the time, but the reason I really decided to do one yesterday I came in to look at colored contacts and the entire staff helped me decide which pair looked good on me, even the doctor ! Dr. Emil Fadel was very friendly and great at explaining everything to me. Dr. Fadel is my go to person from now on. This is the best office and cleanest I have ever been to. My Tech (Alyssa) was great, and the front desk (Lisa) was helpful signing in. My optician Serina was also very kind and helpful with choosing and getting the right glasses. Serina even stayed after they closed just to help me decide and confirm what I needed without rushing me. I am very grateful for all the friendly staff and how comfortable they made me feel.

10/10 - highly recommend: Lauren Alexander An experienced optometrist is under valued. You know you’re in good hands at Lauren Alexander. I came here to get my vision done with Dr. Quang Vu. He provided deep knowledgeable assessment on my vision and provided sound guidance on contact lens option for my daily needs. I no longer get eye fatigue by switching to his recommended contact product and vision correction from his assessment. Honorable mention to Elisa for handling my fiancée frame/lens selection. She has deep knowledge of options for lens and frames - her lens demo shows the quality you’re paying for!!
