Do not waste your time or money. Appointments feel extremely rushed with no explanation of procedures, processes, or results. There was no patient education provided, and questions were not encouraged or addressed. Patients should never feel dismissed or uninformed during a medical visit, especially during exams that require clear communication. Very disappointing experience overall.

I was a new client, and I felt like an inconvenience to her. She rushed the appointment and seemed very annoyed that I was asking questions, and didn’t even provide me with a helpful answer. I only came here because my old eye dr doesn’t take my new insurance, and the staff at the target optical were super nice and referred me to see Dr. Nooshin. Let’s just say I have regrets. The waiting area is also very tiny, quiet and awkward. I think some background music would be nice.

The doctor is amazing. Her staff is friendly and helpful. They are fast and efficient. I have been coming here for years and highly recommend. Thank you for excellent service and a great eye health check.

I’ve been going to Vivid eye care for at least 12 years. Other reviewers giving low ratings saying they “felt rushed” is unfortunate. I don’t have another care provider who is more efficient than this Dr and her friendly staff. I’m checked in, co pay collected, eye pressure evaluated, seen on time, handed a script and I’m out the door. Dr Nooshin is thorough, she’s personable, and she handles business. I’m busy, I wish all my healthcare providers respected my time like she does.
