I've used them for a very long time I recently thought I had an issue and I overreacted and they were quick to reply and give me the information I needed. Theyshow great customer service. Turn on the card to navigate insurance when you don't deal with it everyday but they are very knowledgeable and unlike some other eyewear places they are helpful and patient.

My son has some sensory issues so I was nervous about his eye exam. But Dr. Seilheimer was amazing! I will definitely be taking him back when he needs another exam. She took her time and answered all of his questions, even the silly ones. Also, everyone at the front desk was incredibly nice, even the person who called to verify insurance was wonderful.

Best exam I have ever been given. Glasses were made the same day. I have a real nice pair of Titanium glasses that give me excellent vision . The contact exam was also excellent. I got some soft contacts with tranitions. Fit and vision are great! I highly recommend this op optical company!

Dr. Martin told me about this place. They took my insurance and the girl that waited on me was very friendly but also educated in her job field. I told her what I liked and I bought the 2nd pair she showed me👍💯 They text me today only 4 days later and i got my glasses today. The girl that waited on me today was friendly and good at her job too. I would say if you need glasses go here...I will as long as they take my insurance.😎
