The customer service is the best I have ever had .the people here truly do care and very friendly. Shout out to Chris for fixing my current pair of glasses so they work while I wait on my new ones to come in would recommend this place to anyone who needs new glasses. Amazing customer service. I was so worried my frames were beyond repair after I broke the arm off. I called and was able to bring them in to be looked at same day. The hinge had to be removed and a new one installed to reattach the arm. It was done same day! So over the moon to have found this gem of a shop. Highly recommend. They have a huge selection of beautiful frames. I plan to come here when it's time for a new pair.
I am an extremely difficult fit for glasses, due to where my ears and eyes are placed they took the time to make sure my glasses sat on my face properly. As well as get the strongest point to the lens situated correctly in the glasses due to my eye placement as well. I am so happy and so grateful that they are so caring, I will never be able to go anywhere else.
Fair prices and speed aside (I got my glasses in one day), I particularly appreciate Eyeware on the Square's honesty. When I asked for their feedback, they didn't just tell me everything looked nice to rush the sale; they worked with me to find a pair of glasses that I'd be completely happy with. I'm a very satisfied customer.
