Great customer care and friendly staff. Quality care and concern from Doctors and just a great overall experience. Dr. Justin has been in care of me and my son for years and I wouldn't want anyone else. Highly recommend this branch to those in need of outstanding quality eye care and service.

Due to the construction, we were running late. We got turned around, twisted around rerouted and detoured at least five times only to come to an accident that happened right in front of the eye care office. When we walked in, I thought for sure they’d be angry that we were so late 15 minutes late at least, but instead they welcomed us with smiles. All of them were very courteous. They took care of us right away and made us feel like everything was OK. Once we were there, they were so floral answered all our questions did not make us feel like they were rushing through another. Patient took their time, and when my husband said that his glasses were slightly scratched, and he just purchased them in December, they took the time to see us and have us talk to someone and they re-ordered his lenses immediately. The young lady who took care of us was absolutely amazing. She told us not to worry, they would order the lenses and he could take his glasses. My husband was worried that he would have to leave his glasses. We left there feeling pretty dog on good after all the stress that we encountered on our way there they just took all that stress away from us while we were there it was wonderful. I highly recommend Moses eye care.

From the actual dr to the staff absolutely amazing! Thank you so so much to Ava who was there on multiple occasions with patience and compassion to help get my daughter to try and get her contacts in for the first time (at 13 yrs old may I add) she tried and tried and relentlessly key trying to get her to get them in. Would recommend 10 out of 10 to any family in the region and ask for Ava!

Couldn’t be happier. I initially went to urgent care, gave them all my information and kept asking if they had an eye doctor when the lady finally said let’s ask a nurse. It was then I was told, no eye doc, we’ll flush your eye, and you take your chances and we’ll most likely recommend a doc if we can’t do it; 🙈 thankfully there was a gentleman in the background eavesdropping and stated that i should go to Moses. I remembered my husband & I having dinner with Dr. Moses and he saying to come out anytime & realized his office was five minutes from the house here in Crown Point. So thankful for Moses, They were great from the minute I walked in the door to putting me in the room, then the examination, the doc ,her asst. & prescribing me antibiotics, etc. Can’t say enough nice things about them & evidently other people like them too since I was reminded by a total stranger to pay Moses a visit.

I called for a same day appointment due to an eye infection. First of all, the people taking the phone calls 10/10! So kind so helpful and accommodating. Saw Dr Jen. What a great experience for a first time patient. She was prompt and walked me through my eye issue. She relieved a lot of the concerns I had. I will be recommending Moses Crown Point to anyone that I know!
